Scope of service
WellBusi provides business software, systems, automation and practical business support. Configuration, included capabilities and timelines are agreed with each client.
Not professional advice
Insights, dashboards, scenario modelling and recommendations are decision support only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, valuation or medical advice. Always confirm decisions with your qualified professional advisers.
Planned features
Some capabilities are planned rather than live and are marked as such. Availability of a planned feature is not guaranteed by any timeframe unless stated in a written agreement.
Integrations
Integrations depend on your selected setup, third-party availability, APIs and permissions. Third-party platforms are governed by their own terms.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered, for managing user access within your organisation and for meeting your own legal and compliance obligations.
Intellectual property
WellBusi®, Business Freedom Score™, Business DNA™ and Business Freedom Audit™ and related materials remain the intellectual property of WellBusi. Your business data remains yours.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly.
