Contact details you provide through enquiry and audit forms, business information you choose to share, and information created when you use the platform, such as records, documents and activity logs.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, deliver a Business Freedom Audit, configure and operate the platform for your business, provide support and improve our service.
Sensitive information
Sensitive HR, health and medical information is separated and access-controlled. It is not made available through general conversational access.
Storage and security
We use role-based access, multi-factor authentication, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logs and backups. Hosting location, backup arrangements and security controls are documented for each deployment.
Sharing and integrations
Information is shared with third-party services only where you have selected and authorised an integration, and only to the extent that integration requires.
Your data, your ownership
Your business data remains yours. You may request access, correction, export or deletion, and you may deactivate an account.
