Hosting location, backup arrangements and security controls will be documented for each deployment. WellBusi will not claim Australian data residency unless the selected database, storage and connected services are confirmed to meet it.

Sensitive health and medical records should not be made available through general conversational access.

WellBusi does not claim ISO, SOC 2 or government certification. Any certification will only be stated once it has been formally achieved.
